Terms of use

Last updated 1 September 2026

The short version. 11Tactics is free while it is in early access. Your drills belong to you and always will — use them with your team, print them, publish them, sell them, we don't mind. Don't resell the app itself or share one login around a coaching staff. It will become a paid product later, and we will give you plenty of warning and a better price for having been here first.

1. Early access, and what that means

11Tactics is free to use right now because it is early. That is not a permanent promise: this is a product that is intended to be sold, and at some point there will be a paid subscription.

Two commitments about that, so nobody is caught out:

Being early also means the software is still moving. Features will change, some will be removed, and there will be bugs. If you find one, please tell us at info@11tactics.com — during early access that genuinely is how it gets better.

2. Your account

You need an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it, so keep the password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has got into it.

One account is for one coach. It is built that way: opening the board signs the previous device out, so a login shared around a coaching staff will simply keep interrupting itself. That is deliberate, not a fault. A club that wants several coaches should get in touch — we would rather arrange something sensible than have you fight the software.

You need to be at least 16 to have an account.

3. Who owns what

Your drills are yours

Everything you make with 11Tactics belongs to you entirely. Use it with your team, hand it to other coaches, put it in a coaching manual, publish it, sell it — we claim no rights over any of it and never will. Storing it does not make it ours.

The app is ours

The software, the design and the name belong to 11Tactics. You may use it; you may not resell it, rent it out, repackage it as your own product, or take it apart to build a competing one.

Note that the pitches, kits, balls and equipment in the app are all drawn by the software from colours you choose. No real club badge, kit, stadium or manufacturer's ball appears anywhere in it, deliberately — so anything you export is clean to publish. What you add yourself is your responsibility.

4. Fair use

Don't use 11Tactics to:

We can suspend an account that does these things. If it is a genuine misunderstanding, email us and we will sort it out — the goal is a working service, not catching people out.

5. What we promise, and what we don't

We will look after your work as carefully as we can. It is stored on professional infrastructure inside the EU, it syncs to your devices, and every edit is written to your own browser immediately so the board keeps working without a connection.

But no online service is guaranteed, and this one is free and early. There will be outages. We cannot promise the service will always be available or that nothing will ever be lost, and 11Tactics is provided as it stands, without warranties.

So keep your own copies of anything that matters. The app exports drills as PDF, PNG and video, and a whole session as a printable plan. If a drill is important — take a copy. That is sound advice for any online service and we would rather say it plainly than bury it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost work, or anything arising from a training session that did or did not go the way you planned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death, personal injury, or fraud — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights under EU and Bulgarian law stand whatever this document says.

6. Ending it

You can stop whenever you like. Delete your account and everything goes with it, permanently, as described in the privacy policy. Export anything you want to keep first, because there is no undo.

We can close an account that breaks section 4, or discontinue the service altogether — but if 11Tactics ever shuts down, we will give notice and a way to get your work out. Nobody should lose a season of planning because a website stopped.

7. Changes to these terms

These will change as the product does. Anything that materially affects you — pricing above all — will be emailed to you before it takes effect, not slipped into the page.

8. Law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, and the courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the EU, this does not take away the protection of your own country's consumer law, or your right to bring a claim there.

9. Getting in touch

info@11tactics.com — for anything at all. 11Tactics is run by an individual sole trader based in Bulgaria.

Written in plain English on purpose. Terms nobody can read protect nobody — they just move the argument to later. If any of this seems unfair or unclear, say so and it will be looked at.
